    The classic description for VG base is that it is for cloud chasers. While 100% VG is indeed perfect for producing very large and thick clouds, it is also used to make eliquids that deliver a throat kick. It’s not true you can’t get a “decent” throat hit with pure VG or VG-dominant juice. It just requires higher nicotine, higher watts and/or longer hits.

    PG means more deeply-felt flavor and a relatively harder throat hit. The more the PG goes up in your juice, the more you feel the flavors and, supposedly, experience a harsh/er throat hit.
